DDC strictly applies international standards for market research practices, adhering rigorously to procedures specific to market research standards.
  1. Strictly adhere to Marketing & Social Research Code of Conduct
    • All authorized projects require an NDA to be signed between the Client – DDC and any third parties (if applicable).
    • All projects require an NDA to be signed between DDC & respondents or interviewees or any third parties (if applicable).
    • All full-time & part-time staff of DDC are required to sign NDAs to ensure confidentiality in operations.
  2. Strictly apply international standards for market research
    • All activities are conducted according to international market research standards with a high commitment to confidentiality.
    • All staff are thoroughly trained on the importance of confidentiality in market research.
    • The Quality Management Director supervises periodic & random checks of compliance with confidentiality.
DDC applies flexible payment policies to ensure that projects are conducted promptly without procedural barriers delaying project progress:
  1. Payment Terms
(*) For projects under 100 million VND:
  • Payment after report submission: 100%
(*) For projects from 100 – 500 million VND:
  • Payment before report submission: 50%
  • Payment after report submission: 50%
(*) For projects over 500 million VND:
  • Payment by stages: Payment is divided into several installments based on project completion stages: 50% upon signing the contract, 30% upon submission of preliminary report, and 20% upon project completion.
  1. Payment Method: Payment via bank transfer
DDC is committed to providing all raw data, tabular data, interview recordings/evidence, as well as quality control reports to clients to demonstrate transparency throughout the project execution process.
