Payment Policy
DDC applies flexible payment policies to ensure that projects are conducted promptly without procedural barriers delaying project progress:
Payment Terms
(*) For projects under 100 million VND:
Payment after report submission: 100%
(*) For projects from 100 – 500 million VND:
Payment before report submission: 50%
Payment after report submission: 50%
(*) For projects over 500 million VND:
Payment by stages: Payment is divided into several installments based on project completion stages: 50% upon signing the contract, 30% upon submission of preliminary report, and 20% upon project completion.

Service and Warranty Policy
DDC is committed to providing all raw data, tabular data, interview recordings/evidence, as well as quality control reports to clients to demonstrate transparency throughout the project execution process.
